Shipping policy

• Delivery Time: 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
• P&P Cost: £3.99 per order

We currently ship all orders within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri 2-4 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather conditions, courier delays, or peak seasonal demand).

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail or Evri will attempt redelivery or provide details for collection from your local depot.
